Gifts to Spotlight: 2004-2013 contribute to...

In the era spanning from 2004 to 2013, Ohio University Softball witnessed a period of remarkable advancement and achievement—a time when Bobcat athletes pushed the boundaries of what was possible on the diamond.
At the heart of this era were individuals like Kelly Rodriguez and Lauren Gellerman. Rodriguez's record-setting 224 career games played from 2004-2007 exemplified her commitment to the team, while Gellerman's 48 career home runs from 2010-2013 cemented her as a force.
Gellerman's achievements were nothing short of extraordinary. With a remarkable 26 home runs in the 2013 season alone, she shattered records and redefined what it meant to dominate at the plate. Gellerman did this alongside teammates like Caitlin Colvin and Raven King, who also left their mark with impressive home run totals.
But it wasn't just individual accolades that defined this era. The team's collective success was reflected in the 5 All-Region and 30 All-MAC selections earned by its players, a testament to their talent and dedication. Under the guidance of coaches Roanna Brazier, Jill Matyuch, and Jodi Hermanek, the Bobcats thrived, amassing a total of 241 wins throughout the decade.
