Your support will help get Russ College students to NSBE's Annual Convention in Baltimore
When you give to this campaign, you’re helping to offset the cost of travel, room and board, meals, and convention fees. Your gift will remove financial barriers, providing access to this transformational event where our students will benefit from professional development, career development, gain critical networking skills, and much more.
Your gift to the Russ College of Engineering and Technology Student Support Fund will help to INCREASE the number of students we’re able to send to the Annual National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) convention taking place March 18-22 in Baltimore, MD. Historically, 5 students would attend NSBE. Because of donor support, in recent years, as many as 8 students were able to attend this life-changing convention. This year it is our goal to send 10 students.
The Annual Convention is the National Society of Black Engineers’ flagship conference, bringing together K–12 students, undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals for career development, technical training, networking, and cultural events. This year it will be hosted in Baltimore,Maryland from March 18–22. Help us get more Bobcats there!
Gifts of any amount will help to put this unique opportunity within reach for students who may otherwise would not be able to consider making this trip. Thank you!
