Name a Squirrel is back for OHIO Giving Day 2025! Make a gift of $18.04 or more to any fund on Giving Day and let us know what you’d like to name your squirrel. You’ll receive a lovely digital certificate complete with your Sciurus carolinensis' new moniker. This professionally designed certificate is suitable for printing, framing and/or gifting. Betsy Ross Koller Prints, All Day
Betsy Ross Koller Summer and Spring Prints: You can put Ohio University on your wall! Donors who make a gift of $100 or more to the Appalachian Scholars General Scholarship Endowment will be sent the Summer print (measures 18.5 inches x 25 inches); donors who donate $100 or more to the International Student Emergency Relief Fund will be sent the Spring print (measures 19 1/2 inches x 27 inches).
Picnic Blanket Power Hour, 9-10pm
All donors who make a gift of $60 or more to any fund on the OHIO Giving Day platform during this hour will receive a one-of-a-kind OHIO picnic blanket as a thank you. This 52" x 47" picnic blanket easily folds Into a handy carrying case (with a Velcro closure) and features the Ohio University name and paw print logo.
Matches and Unlocking Gifts
Many OHIO Giving Day featured funds have incentives that double the impact of donors' gifts by offering a $1:$1 match — or leverage donors' gifts to unlock an additional gift to that fund! More than $100,000 is available today!
Plus:
- Donors who start a recurring gift on OHIO Giving Day will receive an Ohio University musical bottle opener.
- The first 200 donors who make a gift of $110 or more to either the Marching 110 Director's Fund or the Marching 110 Practice Field Support Fund will receive an exclusive Trombone Rufus Bobblehead.
- The first 50 donors who make a gift of $150 or more to either the Neil Mahrer and Sonia Franceski WOUB Student Staff Support Fund or the Larry Katz WOUB Sports Student Leadership and Production Fund will receive a WOUB “Rufus the Reporter” Bobblehead.
